Process: Voice process (NO Sales and No Target)

Location: Juinagar (Navi Mumbai)

Eligibility & Qualification:

* Mandatory Fluent in ENGLISH (Verbal & Written)

* Fresher's and Experience: Undergraduate or Graduate and Post Graduate any fields (most considered from commerce, banking, insurance and management background)

Salary:

* Fresher: 15000 in hand /CTC is 17000

* Experience: maximum hike of 15% to 20% (22000 max) 

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Handling Queries and Complaint

Voice process:"Inbound"

* Shifts : Rotational

* Females: days shifts

* Timing: 8am to 4 pm/9 am to 6 pm/ 12pm to 9 pm

* Pick and drop service provided

* Male: days & Night shifts

* Days shifts timing remains the same

* Night shift timing: 4 pm to 12: 30 am/10 pm to 7 pm

* Pick & drop service provided

* Week off :Rotational week off.

* 1 and 3 week( 6 days working) week -ends are not fixed.

* 2 and 4 week ( 5 days working ) week -ends are not fixed.
