Responsibilities:

The following duties shall be deemed to be included in the professional duties which a coach may be required to perform: -
1) Academic Activitiesa Planning and preparing courses and lessons. Maintaining up to date subject knowledge related to IIT JEE and NEET/ AIIMS.
2) Be proactively involved in coaching students as per EduX Educators' philosophy.
3) Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupil's educational needs.
4) Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within their class.
5) Preparing weekly assignments for each batch assigned to him/her.
6)Timely correction and marking of assignment work carried out by the students in class and elsewhere.
7) Assessing, recording and reporting on the development and progress of students.Other Activities) Promoting the general progress and well-being of individual students assigned to him/herb) Providing guidance and feedback to students on educational matters related to Board Exams and IIT JEE or NEET
8) Review and provide feedback for content in study material and assessments papers developed
9) Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement / need arises.
10) (Training/Reviews/Meetings) Participating in training's and meetings arranged by the management for any of the purposes described above.
11) Participating in periodic performance reviews.
