Experience:
o Candidate should possess minimum of 1 year and maximum 2
years work experience in real estate Pre-sales role
o Good communication skills (written and Oral)
· Responsibilities:
o Should be adept at client Relationship Management
o Outbound calling on data collected through lead
generation activities / secondary data sources.
o Day to day interactions with the Customers with respect
to queries/clarifications related to project.
o Responsible for handling all customers inquiries and
coordinate with Sales team for site visits
o Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about
the whole project
o Follow up with customers to further closure process
o Maintaining CRM database and sharing status reports to
management.
o Maintaining good relationship with clients / customer.
