Formerly called training and development specialists, corporate trainers are skilled instructors who prepare a company’s human capital for carrying out the business objectives. It’s their duty to identify areas where improvement is needed and coordinate curricular that helps employees perform better.

Tasks & Responsibilities:  (Major task and role person will have to perform – list all the relevant points)     

Planning, analyzing, and administering the training programs organizations need to improve job skills

Conducting  various methods to teach employees by process training,  hands-on workshops, team exercises.

Play key roles in keeping ‘Training Programs” a priority to keep skillful manpower for production process.

Identifying area where improvement is needed and Schedule required training (Internal/External)

Follow and done the training as per training Calendars.

Evaluation of the training and creating Skill Matrix accordingly

Update training documentation
