The training specialist
is responsible for building training materials and delivering training
across all global shared services functions.
Responsibilities :
· Deliver P2P/O2C/R2R
training to all new hires and existing employees within GSS functions.
· build out training
materials for function/vertical focused in GSS space
· keeping documentation
current with changes across multiple processes
· Conduct evaluations and
testing to measure raining and identify areas of improvement identify
inconsistencies /issues in the process during documentation and work with
SME/Lead to have the same resolved
· Deliver support soft skills trainings
Required Skills / experience
Graduate with
specialization with finance
Min. 1-3 years
experience in training and should have completed one year in current role
Good working knowledge
on SAP FI/CO modules in SAP
End to end expertise in
any one process of function (Procure to Pay/Order to Cash/Record to report)
Knowledge on power
point, Word, Visio and Excel
Proficiency in documentation
tools and techniques
Effective verbal,
written communication and interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills
Desired Skills
Good knowledge / Hands
on experience in sub – ledger and knowledge on General Ledger accounting
Lean or six sigma
Certification.
Competency:
Independent worker who
is able to plan work effectively to meet tight deadlines
An individual
contributor, as the same time, able to work well coordinate with teams and
leads
Should have good inter-
personal and analytical skills
