Maintaining KPI and PSP metrics every month and capturing MOM from KPI review analysis
NOA Stock conversion request-creating, following up with supply chain and achieving and minuting the meeting MOMs
Highlighting due payments to ESP partners to concerned managers
Support source data verification (SDV) activity

Supporting in PSP Project OL/ Shopping cart / PO if any
Supporting Monthly Reconciliation for free goods and its archival
Sharing Stock Expiry Update with team
Access program tracker updated month on month
Monthly Follow up with Vendor for Invoice
Scheduling meetings on KPI Deck- Review with Vendor
Checking on Forecast File from ESPs
Sending all the training documents to ESP for signing

Core Functional Skills

• Vendor & ESP Coordination – Managing communication, follow-ups, and deliverables

• Project Coordination (PSP) – End-to-end support for OL, shopping cart, PO, and documentation

• Procurement & PO Management – PO creation, tracking, and reconciliation

• Invoice & Payment Follow-up – Vendor invoicing, due payment tracking, and escalation

• Stock & Inventory Management – NOA stock conversion, expiry tracking, free goods reconciliation

• KPI & Metrics Management – Monthly KPI tracking, analysis, and reporting

• Forecast Review & Validation – Checking and validating forecast files from ESPs

• Source Data Verification (SDV) – Supporting audits and compliance activities
