Duties and Key responsibilities

 

List the primary job duties and responsibilities using headings and then give examples of the types of activities under each heading.

The end to end specialist -

         Should be able to review and estimate the project

         Send out project confirmation email within the timeline of 30 minutes from receipt

         Should have the ability to write query / negotiation emails to the consultant

         Should have the ability to chat (IM) with the consultants

         Carry out production of the project without additional layer of quality check and ensure there are no quality issues

         Deliver the project (right project files to the right consultant)

         In addition, E2E specialist should also be able to get on calls with the consultant to resolve any queries pertaining to the project

 Qualifications

 

Qualifications include:

  • Education – Graduate of any specialization
  • Specialized knowledge – Advanced MSO skills especially MS PowerPoint
  • Professional Certification – Any additional courses such as typing skills, Adobe skills to help create additional PPT options, MSO certification etc. are an added advantage
  • Total years of relevant Experience – 4+ Years in PPT designing
