Job Description :
1) Project support- working on various existing projects and ensuring timely implementation with coordination across divisions.
2) Creating a common set of principles, practices, and templates for managing various organizational projects
3) Data gathering: responsible for gathering of relevant project data and to produce information to be presented for review by the management
4) Responsible for tracking the overall status of projects.
5) Assist in standardization of the compilation of information and ways of reporting the same to the management.
6) Database creations required for business functioning across divisions and updating the same regularly
6) Portfolio management:
Managing forecast or creating a resource capacity plan. This will help in understanding the availability of various resources for organizational projects
