The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. 

Responsibilities

• Facilitate transition of new clients / processes on Datagamz platform right from requirement gathering to platform configuration and UAT to users onboarding and go-live
• Work collaboratively with internal teams (i.e., Product, Technology) as well as clients operational and IT teams for ensuring customer success
• Educate clients / end-users by facilitating training, answering any follow-up questions and providing progressive guidance throughout the implementation and launch phase
• Proactively identify risks and issues and facilitate mitigation by working closely with internal as well as client teams
• Run internal review and client governance meetings (WBR, MBR, QBR),providing updates on product usage, engagement and KPI outcomes
• Drive customer lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and tangible improvement in key performance indicators (such as productivity, quality scores, NPS, CSAT, etc.)

Technical / Functional Skills:

• 8-10 years of experience with 5+ years of experience in project management roles, preferably with SaaS / subscription-based product companies or BPO companies
• Effective in managing customer success activities including onboarding, training, product adoption, customer support, issue resolution and cross-sell / up-sell
• Experience in measuring effectiveness of customer success by defining and tracking key matrices
• Ability to create reports and maintain delivery timelines
• Strong project management skills
