Job Description

Project Technician in Consultancy Project [Ref: IITM/CONS/RxDSI/VD/33] Potential candidates are invited for walk-in-interview on 02nd March 2020 for the position of one Project Technician in a consultancy project in the laboratories of Dr. Varun Dutt IIT Mandi. 

Project Title: Evaluation of quantitative systems pharmacology and machine learning models for blood glucose prediction

Eligibility: Citizen of India. MCA/M.Sc./B. E./B. Tech. or equivalent degree with 60% marks in Computer Science or relevant subject area. Selection criteria:

Essential: Qualified GATE/NET/or other equivalent national level exam; knowledge of programming languages like Python; good communication skills; ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team; and, willingness to learn new techniques. 

Desirable: Knowledge and hands-on experience in developing machine learning models.

Fellowship: Rs.12,400-14,400/- depending on qualification and experience.
