Please note below tasks need to be completed as part of KRA for all supervisors:
1. Promoter training and revision training sessions on a weekly basis
2. Visiting promoter store and analysing promoter performance and guiding the promoter for higher sale
3. Maintaining and sharing daily sales report on a timely basis
4. Talking to promoters daily and pushing for sales
5. Weekly target vs achievement sheets including breakup of targets for promoters for weekly basis and separately on weekday vs weekend
6. Sharing supervisor total target vs achievement (total target for all promoter stores vs achievement) on a weekly and monthly basis
7. Arteria training & arteria daily records checking (attendance, stock report, sales report and images uploading)
8. Any vacancies to be closed ASAP - TAT not more than 7 working days from start to end of onboarding process which includes following up with HR for any issues
9. Taking approval from store manager regarding promoter’s deployment & working time.
10. Record month on month growth/de-growth of promoters and analyse what is the issue
11. Maintaining check of SKU wise stock in hand and highlighting low stock and pushing store and sales team for orders
12. Maintaining attrition record for promoters (how often promoters are leaving the organisation and need to be replaced)
Sampling Activity:
1. Taking approval from Store regarding sampling activities.
2. Responsibility to take care of the company’s sampling assets
3. Ensuring timely distribution of sampling stocks to promoters
4. Monitoring the sampling activity across stores
