Support- Sales of IT Products and Services:-

• Making Quotations & Coordination with the Client.
• Updating Data Tracker and MIS Dashboard on daily and weekly basis.
• Interacting with client directly through scheduled daily / weekly Business Conversation on email.
• Looking after Quotation & Delivery the Material & also Follow-up the Payment
• Pre- sales activities like preparation of quotations & invoices etc.
• Preparation of MIS reports, co-ordination with field sales staff etc.

Skills & Competencies:-

• Negotiation skills, Multitasking ,MIS Management ,Vendor management
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to treat confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to handle correspondence independently.
• Strong computing skills MS Office, Excel, Macros, Pivots and/or in integrated computer software applications. Good interpersonal skills.
