Responsibilities:

Conduct quality inspections and testing of outdoor air components, including ventilation fans, air filters, dampers, louvers, and other related equipment.
Perform thorough checks to ensure compliance with industry standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues during the manufacturing process.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product reliability and performance.
Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality deviations, non-conformities, and customer complaints.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality inspections, test results, and compliance reports.
Provide technical support and guidance to production personnel on quality-related matters.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in OA-QC engineering.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance roles within the HVAC industry, with a focus on outdoor air components preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, outdoor air handling units, and related equipment.
Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.) and quality control methodologies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications for data analysis and documentation.
