Job Description

A quality trainer will have 2 faces, one ensures that the final product observes the company's quality standards. In general, these detail-oriented professionals are responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes. Secondly, he/she has to train or polish new writers or editors and take judgement for company progress.
Responsibility Deliverable

1. Look into revision

2. Ensure Quality of every submission

3. Planning your day according to the deadlines of every client

4. Understanding client specifications.

5. Train the editors and writers.

6. Developing a training loop for writers and editors who are not performing well.
