Knowledge of Indian premix- viz pulav premix, Khichadi premix,Ladu premix etc in Dry form.
New raw material or raw material from new vendor analysis and reports.
Raw material evaluation, specs review of new product development.
Updating Food Operations Team on new products.
Training to production team for newly developed and commercialized products.
Cooperate to purchase if existing raw material new supplier development need arise and conduct line trial with RM.
Shelf life extension test for raw material as and when needed.
Presentations and documentation related to projects.
Market product evaluation with the reference product from plant and record.
Theoretical Nutritional value calculation with reference to National institute for Nutrition.
