Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate Primary Residential properties to the prospects, which match the investment need of the prospects.
  • Use leads generated by Telecalling for the above as well as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities in corporates, clubs etc.).
  • Take prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with the developers for any clarification required for that.
  • Be compliant with operations process.
  • Ensure that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction.
Required Experience & Skills

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing Management. 
  • Good Communication Skills, Conversant in all the three languages. 
  • Interest and inclination to do sales. 
  • High level of Passion and Ownership and target orientation. 
  • Ability to understand requirements of Prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch 
  • Property solutions to Prospects. 
  • Good lead generation ideas and skills to get more business
