Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet patients and visitors with smile in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.

3. Schedule appointments for patients, ensuring efficient utilization of clinic resources and timely follow-up.

4. Verify patient information and collect payments as necessary.

5. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

6. Coordinate with OT staff to ensure seamless patient flow and timely service.

7. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.

8. Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

9. Respond to patient inquiries and resolve complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

10. Collaborate with other team members to uphold clinic policies and procedures and promote a positive work environment.

11. Attending & engaging clinical procedures when required.( Clinical procedures will be taught by the Doctor )
