About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute search strategies for mid and senior-level mandates awarded to the company
2. Formulate, as well as apply, appropriate head-hunting and search methodologies to different vacancies assigned to her/him, ensuring their successful closure
3. Ensure each recruitment assignment is executed to the client and internal expectations, playing a client-facing role, whilst conducting specific engagements
4. Develop vacancy notices that attract the most relevant talent, interact closely with hiring/HR managers of the client organization for the purpose
5. Recommend, discuss and agree on media strategy, comprise the positioning of vacancy announcements on suitable platforms encompassing job sites, professional groups, databases, social media, etc.
6. Devise suitable talent sourcing strategies, using a range of outreach, networking, and research techniques
7. Map and identify suitable talent across relevant organizations using proprietary research tools and databases subscribed to by SAMS
8. Develop and apply sophisticated screening and assessment tools
9. Screen/Shortlist eligible candidates
10. Conduct interviews, written tests, group exercises, and other assessments
