About the internship
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager / Inventory Manager / Office Admin to join our team. This multifaceted role encompasses the management of our office operations, inventory control, and administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, inventory management, and a keen eye for detail. By overseeing office logistics, managing our inventory system, and providing administrative support, this role is critical to maintaining our operational efficiency and supporting our team in delivering high-quality solutions.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.
2. Manage inventory control processes, including tracking of hardware and software assets, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
3. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of office and project supplies.
4. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with company standards.
5. Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing files and documents.
6. Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reporting.
7. Coordinate logistics for team events, client meetings, and other company functions.
8. Serve as the primary point of contact for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, and facility management.
9. Support HR tasks, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment efforts.
