The key responsibilities that the Relationship Manager:
Convert lead/prospect into a Customer for the organization. Touch base with clients.
To identify potential clients who are keen on investing in new property.
Meeting clients and co-ordinate with them at regular basis and assist with site visit with clients. Address their queries
Establish cordial relationship with internal customers, clients and developers.
Site visit with clients, Completion and submission of necessary forms
Assisting the clients in formalities and documentation.
