Job Description
Responsibilities Of Candidates Includes:
• Managing Incoming And Doing Outbound Calls And Customer Service Inquiries.
• Managing Incoming And Doing Outbound Calls And Customer Service Inquiries.
• Generating Sales Leads That Develop Into New Customers
• Identifying And Assessing Customers’ Needs To Achieve Satisfaction.
• No Sales Target, Only Have To Achieve Standard Talktime For The Attendance Purpose.
• 6 Days Proper Training With Some Assessments Which Has To Be Completed.
• Should Be Able To Speak And Understand Hindi Language As Well
Skills:
Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
