· Enhancing the Customers to Group/ Income Products holding of portfolio assigned.
· Sourcing New To Bank customers from given area and add to assigned portfolio.
· Achieving the Income as per benchmark by cross selling Assets, TPP Products (Insurance, Mutual Fund, etc.), Trade-Forex (Remittances-inward and outwards),CASA, Term Deposits values and other income products (Credit card, Demat /HSL etc.)
· Migrating customers to direct banking channels for various transactions. Providing digital demos to portfolio customers for effective migration from physical mode to digital platform.
· Establishing healthy business relations with clients & external associates for securing repeat business & long term customer loyalty and working towards solving their query resolution and escalations in an effective manner.
· Ensuring customer issues are promptly addressed, documented and resolved timely and professionally with quality standards.
· Nurturing strong functional and professional relationships with clients and building a level of influence with key client contacts. Building and strengthening relationships with key accounts thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing them with complete support.
