Position Title: Relationship Manager/ Sr. RM
Business / Department: CSEC
Job Purpose: The candidate would be expected to bring in High Networth Individual customers to the company for Investment Advisory services provided by the company. The candidate would also have to keep the relationships for the company and provide all required service levels as per the company policy.
Key Accountability:
• Bring 20-30 customers to the company
• Generate revenues and AUM for the company as per the expectation
• Give Club service to the customers as per the company processes
• Advise clients on a range of products viz. Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, Retail Insurance, PMS in stocks and MFs, securities broking, derivatives, bonds and all the products promoted by the company
Job Duties & Responsibilities
▪ Bring Club customers to the company for advisory services
▪ Manage these relationships following the company guidelines
▪ Provide relevant services as per the Club process module
▪ Certify oneself with AMFI and IRDA advisory modules
▪ Continuously strive for creating customers through references
▪ Strive for continuous self-learning
Experience
• Minimum 2 years work experience, preferably in advisory services or personal financial consulting role in a leading MNC/Private sector bank
Education / Preferred Qualifications
• Graduation
• AMFI/IRDA/NISM certifications is mandatory
