Key Responsibilities 

• Experience in customer success and/or Customer Interaction/sales.
• Single point of contact for B2B clients all along their lifecycle, starting from onboarding to Help.
• Individual Contributor as well as Manage Accounts/Executive/s (1 to 2)
• Role focuses on working with clients( Doctors)
• Conveying Platform Functionality and periodic changes to clients(Doctors)
• Active listening and reading-between-the-lines to identify and prevent customer churns.
• B2B Process demanding Account Management
•  Phone and email etiquettes to effectively address client queries and provide effective resolution
• Excellent communication skills, past experience of building strong relationships

 What the Relationship Officer at DocON Technologies does NOT do: 

•  We're not a call centre neither are we a non-voice process and do not handle back-to-back calls or paperwork.
•  Not a Sales Profile. We work in conjunction with the Sales team to identify possible opportunities for Upsells/Referrals.

• So if we are able to digitise these prescriptions & create a structured repository of these prescriptions - we can build a lot of services on top of it like e-pharmacy, information, data analytics for pharma & public health. 
•  We are currently India’s biggest e-prescription platform - more than 1000 doctors have digitised 5 million+ e-prescriptions for almost 2 million patients using DocOn.
