We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Call Center Representative. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing outstanding service and support while working remotely from your home office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm orders, or gather feedback.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone manner.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
