The candidate should have good experience of Develop and maintain a positive work environment, dedicated to attentive, distinctive experience in all aspects of dining and amenities, Meat restaurants financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, Plan menus by consulting with Chefs, estimate food costs and profits, adjust menus as required, Monitor weekly Food, Beverage and Wage costs. Expert in food and beverage and excellent knowledge of all departments internally. Assure the proper handling of VIPs. Protect their privacy and confidentiality.
