Key Responsibilities:

• RF Planning and Optimization:
• Designing and optimizing the radio frequency (RF) aspects of the network, including cell site placement, frequency planning, and parameter tuning. 
• Site Surveys and Implementation:
• Conducting site surveys to assess RF coverage and capacity requirements, and overseeing the installation and commissioning of new cell sites. 
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
• Monitoring network performance using specialized tools and software, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance network quality. 
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
• Investigating and resolving network performance issues, including customer complaints related to call drops, slow data speeds, or poor coverage. 
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Working with other teams, such as network planning, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless network performance and efficient problem resolution. 
• Staying Up-to-Date:
• Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and trends in wireless networking, including 4G, 5G, and emerging technologies. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• RF Engineering Fundamentals:
• Strong understanding of RF principles, propagation, antennas, and wireless communication technologies.
• Network Planning and Optimization:
• Experience with RF planning tools, network design principles, and optimization techniques.
• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools, drive test equipment, and data analysis software.
