RMA Specialist / procurement / Purchasing jobs in Bangalore at Sureworks Infotech

Roles and responsibilities:

Manages the RMA and warranty process; creating documents and training materials.
Process owner for all AMC issued material, return material for repair or replacement.
Resolve discrepancies by interfacing with Customer Service, Procurement, Operations, Finance and Sales.
Identifies trends in RMA requests; monitors failures for systemic and recurring issues.
Prepare analytical and interpretive reports to drive improvements.
Assists in the processing and resolution of customer warranty claims and complaints.
Measures, monitors, and maintains reports for top warranty items and actively works with appropriate departments in correction of top issues.
Recommend process improvements.
Ability to work across all departments, Services, Purchasing, Quality and Sales to implement product improvements
