Job Description

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (PAD) to design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience across the full RPA lifecycle and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (PAD)

• Build end-to-end automations using PAD flows and Power Automate Cloud flows

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities

• Create reusable components, subflows, and automation frameworks

• Integrate PAD bots with Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, SQL databases, APIs, and web applications

• Implement error handling, logging, exception management, and recovery mechanisms

• Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions for performance and scalability

• Perform unit testing, UAT support, and production deployment activities

• Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot production issues

• Prepare technical documentation, process design documents (PDD), and solution design documents (SDD)

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to deliver automation solutions

• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards
