Sales and Brand Activation Specialist
THE ROLE
The position of Sales and Brand Activation Specialist is a Key role and critical for the continued success of our brands. The role will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Management.
The purpose of this role is to work with Retailers and Organizations / Institutions on a joint marketing plan and ensure that the “Andromeda Fashions” brand meets the business objective and is marketed correctly for its customers.
Key responsibilities will include: Plan & implement a brand activation plan across the brand categories to drive sales, Developing Point of Presenceat various Key / Niche stores across the City in ensuring visibility of Andromeda product line.
DECISION MAKING SCOPE
- Manage Product excitement in the marketplace by building a story around the brand
- Develop, leverage and deploy Local and Regional Sales initiatives for product lines
- Identify and Develop Point of Presence for Andromeda Brands at Select & Niche Outlets
- Identify market trends and opportunities to increase Sales of product lines
- Create a Desire and Aspiration for the Brand leading to Increase in Sales
BACKGROUND AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree is a preference (Marketing, Sales Mngmt, Biz Administration)
- Creativity and being passionate about branding
- Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude
- Business driven, proactive and entrepreneur mentality.
- Customer-, target- and result-oriented.
- Has an open mindset towards, embraces and continuously initiates and implements change.
- Ability to fluently speak, read and write English, Hindi and the local language
