Roles & Responsibilities :
The candidate required to

• have good communication and presentation skills
• be able to understand the products and services in detail
• be able to understand the customers’ expectation and answer their queries
• assist the customers to experience the product and services
• schedule the meeting and meet the potential customers to drive the sales upward
• participate in the regular training programs to enhance functional and behavioral skills
• able to ensure customer grievances, if any, are effectively addressed and resolved
• be able to participate in market surveillance activities
• constantly seek information on products to stay updated with the product and its features
• be able to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales target
• maintain an effective and professional selling approach
• maintain and present the reports appropriately
• perform strong time management skills
• committed to the deadlines through follow up of tasks with team members
• identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
• manage priorities and work in a fast pace environment
