About Job Role
● Customer choose their product from online inventory & seek further information before placing order
● Executive needs to fill up requirements form; quote price & add suggestions and inform the customer
● Some of the customers leave the website without placing order at the checkout page, in that case, you call them and help to place their order over the phone
Add on Responsibilities
1. Building a relationship by understanding customer’s requirement
2. Getting bakery sign ups and forwarding business
3. Coordinate with bakeries for the quotations and relevant query
4. Keeping system updated
5. Identifying the reason behind non closure of a lead and discuss with manager
6. Experience in handling calls for foreign clients
7. Good verbal & written Communication Skills
