Job Description

  • Generate enquiries through prospects buyers
  • Be self-motivated and proactive with product knowledge, market competition, and current trends
  • Convert prospect buyers into bookings through genuine and thorough follow-ups
  • To ensure, given monthly targets of enquires, test drives, booking and retails are achieved.
  • To achieve the targeted volumes
  • To improve net contribution through maximizing finance/ insurance/ EW penetration, accessories & other income
  • To improve lead generation & conversion rates
  • To manage & improve customer relationship and experience
  • To follow and ensure compliance with the sales process
  • To follow a monthly action plan and daily activity schedule
  • To facilitate accurate and authentic tracking of all the information about customer lifecycle from enquiry to delivery
  • To be in line with the company's vision & mission to mainly focus on customer satisfaction
  • Good English Communication Skills.
