Job Description
Work on sales leads to take inbound and outbound calls to consult customers on pre-owned cars
Work with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable options for them
Schedule customer visits at retail hubs for the hub teams to take it further
Be a customer champion by ensuring superb experience with Spinny
Requirements
Sales Consultants are expected to be go-getters who are agile and high on energy
Fluent verbal communication skills in Kannada & English
Must have good analytical skills
Should be persistent, smart and quick to respond to customers
Must be willing to learn about automobiles
Prior experience of handling outbound calls and sales calls an advantage
Educational Qualification/Experience
Bachelor’s in any discipline
Candidates with prior experience would be preferred
Career Growth
Sales Consultants who are consistent performers will be given the opportunity to move to a Team Leader role if necessary criteria is met
