Sales Coordinator is an important role within any Sales team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will help our company grow by improving our sales process and productivity.

The Main Responsibility Will Primarily Be

• Sending quotations & Performa invoices as per direction of marketing person
• Receiving purchase orders and taking approval from concerned marketing person
• Sending email to customer to acknowledge the PO and inform indicative dispatch date
• Co-ordinating with the dispatch team to ensure timely dispatch
• Following up customer for payments and c-forms (by email & phone)
• Strong knowledge of Excel
  

Requirement

Exp - 1 to 2 years

• Chemical Sales experience preferred
  

Location - Mumbai (Nariman Point)
