· Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
· Order acknowledgement, validating order accuracy/ running an integrity check of order (in terms of prices, discounts, taxes , credibility of the existing or new client within the organization)
· Ensuring amendments in the orders are acted on immediately by the client and the same is communicated to the internal teams.
· Coordinating with the internal teams and managing exceptional approvals if any with the company’s Management for smooth order processing.
· Providing daily leads from the CRM System and other softwares.
· Monitor order status, communicating any issues to customers/suppliers/internal teams.
· Responding to queries from customers and providing after-sales support.
· Handle & maintain the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management).
· Prepare & email quotations, performa invoices and delivery challans.
· Follow up with the client for after sales enquiry.
· Sending out Introductory email, enquiry / sales requirement.
· Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
· Identify profitable business and aggressively selling our construction services.
· Search online data of builders & developers (search engine JD, India Mart, Trade India, etc.)
· Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects (developers, architects, RCC consultants, etc.).
· Filling relevant information for vendor registration.
· Everyday update product image on WhatsApp status and send images to clients
· Follow up with current and old clients for their requirements.
