Role – Sales Executive
Driving sales targets of the assigned location.
Developing emerging locations by organizing regular promotional activities.
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services
Maintain high standard of customer service and manage servicing from the nearest Hub branch
Adherence to underwriting guidelines, compliance guidelines and risk management framework.
Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas
Complete control of NPA and Collections / overdue cases sourced and their overall reduction to minimal.
Education & Age
Should be minimum 12th pass, preferably graduate
Should have basic proficiency in “local” language
Should be not more than 32 years of age
Should have minimum 6 months of experience preferably in Affordable business segment
Should be well-versed with the geography, market competitors and market opportunities
Should be keen to work in agile and multi-product business setup
Should be strong in sales and relationship management
Should be a keen traveler
Should be a good communicator with good networking and negotiation skills
Should have a two wheeler and a valid license
Cost to Company (CTC) range:
Fixed salary - range will be maximum upto Rs. 15,000 pm.
Conveyance – linked to minimum logins, maximum upto Rs. 2,000 pm. This will need to be claimed by Sales Executive
Mobile Reimbursement – Rs. 500 per month will be paid in the salary directly. No claim required.
