Job Description
✓ Responsible for enrolment of Retailers and Mechanics in Loyalty program through mobile app.
✓ Responsible for Creating Pull for Spark Minda Core & NPG product basket in pre-defined markets.
✓ Support in mapping of customer with respective BP with the support of respective Sales Officer.
✓ Customer Activation with minimum order of 5K through mobile app from Enrolled Retailer and Minimum 10 QR
Scan per month from Enrolled mechanic.
✓ Minimum 1 visit per month to the linked customer (Minimum 10 unique calls per working day).
✓ Increasing number of Product Groups → Increasing number of part numbers per customer (Increasing Share of
Wallet).
✓ Conducting Product Campaign (Show); workshop meets; nukkad meets with small mechanics etc.
✓ New Part Awareness through one-to-one contact and generate orders.
✓ Market Intelligence Reporting: collect competitor updates on their product coverage, schemes & programs.
✓ Conduct market surveys for key defined projects from head office.
✓ Functional reporting to Head Marketing at Noida and Disciplinary reporting to AM/SO.
