Role& Responsibility:
a. Incharge for the r project segment for the
assigned area.
b. Achieve monthly / yearly targets set by the
management for all products under LIPL.
c. Coordinate the sale proceeding for optimum
service levels.
d. Collection of payments.
e. Report market activities to the manager as
per set format.
f. To develop applicators for products under
LIPL.
g. To manage and motivate all applicator
teams.
h. To conduct regular mason meets in the
assigned area
i. Development of dealer network by appointing
new dealers as per market requirement and sales strategy.
j. Identification of key customers like
builders/Architects etc
k. Product knowledge training to the customers
and applicators
l. Scan the market for competition attaining
and suggest action plans
m. Ensure all dealers register growth in sales
Skills and Specifications
a. Should be able to communicate technically
with architects, interior designers’ fraternity.
b. Excellent rapport with architects, interior
designers, contractors and engineers in the assigned area.
