04.Age: 18 years and above
05.Experience: Prior experience preferred.
06.Key Result Areas
1. Sale of Appliances and Annual Maintenance Contracts as per target
2. Ensuring 100% lead visit , achieving 40 knocks per day [Door-to-Door]
The incumbent would also be responsible for the following
· Daily visit to customers based on leads allocated or cold-knocking [Door-to-Door]
· Conducting appliance health check-up and demo of appliances
· Sale of appliances & annual maintenance contracts to consumers
· Resolving customer queries and handling first level escalations, if any
· To incite customers for exchange of their old appliances
