Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensure timely servicing by answering inbound calls or effective sourcing on outbound calls; verifying and providing information as required by prospect governed by the script
2. Determine customer eligibility by comparing profiling information to his/her requirements
3. Ensure proper data capturing by entering client information into CRM and confirming pricing and requirements of prospects
Inform prospects by explaining the product's USP, answering objections, and providing details in a persuasive manner
4. Maintain feed backward communication for queries that are not answered as part of the script which is encountered on calls
5. Maintain and improve operations and quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, and recommending improved procedures
6. Accomplish sales and organization targets by completing related results as needed at an individual commitment level
7. Aspire to meet established productivity, effectiveness, training, quality goals, accept and incorporate feedback

1. Graduates or undergraduates with relevant experience in the sales process Experience in luxury product sales is preferable

2. Verbal communication should be very good with fluency in English/Hindi

3. Should possess articulation and persuasion skills

4. Should be able to speak on a particular topic in a grammatically correct manner

5. Should be an active listener and be comfortable on calls

6. Should be efficient in phone skills and CRM data entry skills

7. Should have a customer focus and exhibit adaptability to different personality types

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per sale).
