Role and responsibility:
Develop and manage energy project analysis and presentations to facilitate energy management across the JPMC Global real estate portfolio

Mine existing databases for energy, capital budgeting, asset management, leasing and project planning

Identify solutions to improve data quality and related project analysis

Identify opportunities to leverage the scale and regional distribution of the JPMC real estate portfolio

Help team prepare for meetings and presentation of information

Works closely with the Real Estate Services team in the leased portfolio of locations on strategy and negotiation of leases

Thoroughly analyze asset, liability and equity accounts each month for an assigned portfolio of properties

Review revenue and expense accounts each month for assigned properties

Participate in business re-engineering activities to support acceptance, implementation and increase effectiveness for the WW Ops RE teams

Maintain accuracy and dating of co-tenancy data such as closures, openings, updated lists and other information maintain current site plan information
