Job Description / Responsibilities:Handling Bank Branch for Life Insurance Products.
Relationship building with employees and branch managers of the concerned bank and to keep them motivated for business generation
Increase sales of insurance products through assigned Bank Branch and devising plans to increase insurance sales through Banc staff and customers
Getting leads from allotted Bank Branch and source business through direct marketing techniques.
Support branch employees in their sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, accompanying on client calls if required etc
Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank whether through walk in, data-mining, referrals and others.
Joint Calls with bank branch staff for sales of Insurance Products.
Training of Branch Employees on regular basis on insurance products.
Desired profile of the candidate
Minimum 6 months of Experience / Fresher
Any graduate/MBA
Good Communication Skills
Excellent customer handling Skill.
Should be goal oriented
Presentable
Should be willing to travel within city
Min.Exp. 0 - 2 yrs
