Job Description

Your main work is to sell product in the field and manage the field sales team as well as in every panchayat make advisor under you.


Responsibilities:

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

Meeting planned sales goals.

Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

The ongoing training of your salespeople.

Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

Promoting the organization and products.

Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Main objective of the company

The main objective of the company is to provide cheap and good organic sanitary napkins to every home in a simple and easy way through its trained and service-minded advisors. The aim is to spread awareness about menstruation and hygiene in the entire country through advisors so that a healthy women's society can be created. The company is working to include all the women in the mainstream and disseminate all the information related to health and safety to the public so that women and adolescent girls can be educated about it. According to the National Family Health Survey, only 48.5 percent rural and 77.6 percent urban women of the country use sanitary napkins. The average of the entire country is 57.6 percent. Some adolescent girls do not go to school due to menstruation, this is due to lack of awareness and their lack of access to sanitary pads. The work to bridge this gap is being done by the company through its trained advisors. All the adolescent girls and women who come in contact with the company should not be deprived of any information related to menstruation. Because due to lack of awareness, women in rural areas still use cloth, which leads to the spread of infection and other diseases in the body. As times have changed in the society, people's thinking regarding menstruation has also changed. In olden times, periods were looked at differently, but with the increase in awareness, the thinking of men and women has also changed because menstruation is a natural process. Companies are also the same. The company is working to fulfill the above objective with the promotion and dissemination of information. Along with this, the work of women empowerment is also being done by the company. The company is training 90 percent women in its workforce and appointing them as skilled advisors so that a healthy and prosperous women's society can be built and at the same time "Beti Bachao Beti Padhao" and "Beta Bachao" being promoted by the government. The concept of “Beti Ek Samaan” is being fulfilled by the company so that the inequality and evils prevailing in the society can be removed and a healthy society can be created.
