Salary 2.88 to 11.75LPA
PF & ESIC,Mobile & Travel Reimbursements based on actual.
Incentives Structure:- Based on Performance

Shift Timings:-

9:30 am - 6:30 pm (day shift)
Weekly Working Days: -6 Days
Off Days: SUN
Note:2nd and 3rd Saturdays are off

Selection Criteria:-

More than 3 Years Experience from any sales background.
Good English & Hindi communication skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
Must have Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Salary slips, Marksheets and Degree, Joining and Relieving Letters,
Candidate should have good presentation skills
Should come in proper formals with an updated CV

Handle a team of Executives / Sr. Executives
Recruit agents / develop agents and ensure sales generation through those agents
Ensure retention of Agent and Advisors by formulating their development plans.
Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
