About the Client Company: A solar production Ltd. is one of the largest and most experienced solar companies in India.

Solar production has an overall experience of over 200+ Solar Power Plant installations across the country over the past decade. All our systems and projects are designed and integrated as per guidelines of the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) and also the global best practices.

Role and responsibilities:

A. Sales:

· Identifying and Meeting Prospective Clients in the Region, Following up on all Sales Leads for Projects; Coordinating with the client for all clarifications

· Meeting potential leads; Conducting Site Visits, collecting all information required for making the proposal

· Coordinating with the Design Team for sending proposals

· Coordinating for bank finance for the client with a local bank, financial institution

· Setting up Meetings with the client for senior management to visit

· Meeting Sales Targets

B. Business Development:

· Lead generation of prospective clients in the assigned region from the field through various business development activities

· Meeting industry associations, govt departments, etc to generate leads and interests; Arranging and giving presentations to the members of industry associations and getting them interested

· Meeting banks, regional industrial offices, industry development boards to get lists of large industries in the region

· Meeting selected architects, CA and engineers and other companies who may give leads of prospective clients

· Keeping track of events, conferences in the assigned region and participating in them

· Meeting lead generation targets

Qualifications:

Required Qualification:

· A B.Tech degree or Diploma (preferably in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical) is necessary. Alternatively, MBA can also be considered.

· Relevant experience sales and lead generation.

Skills:

· Negotiation

· Praiseworthy communication

· Time Management

Experience-:

Required experience-

Minimum 4 years of proven experience as Sales Associate/Executive for Solar Industry/ B2B/ Industrial Machinery.

Working Structure:

Days- 6 days working

(Monday to Saturday-1st and 3rd) Timings: 10 a.m. to 06:30 p.m.
