Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales representatives.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and best practices.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to align telesales goals with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Training and Development:
- Provide comprehensive training for new hires and ongoing coaching for existing team members.
- Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions to address specific needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure effective communication and relationship-building with clients.
- Handle escalated customer issues and collaborate with other departments to provide solutions.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within the telesales team.

Reporting:

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience in telesales, with a minimum of 5 - 10 in a managerial or supervisory role.
