Job Purpose:
To maintain current customers and to develop new customers with existing or new products in the Indian Subcontinent
Department: Silicone Elastomer -- SEI
Key Responsibilities:
• Experience with LED potting, LED driver potting, TIM (Thermal Interface Material) application in Electronics, Heat Sink Compounds, Thermal Grease & Adhesives, Impregnation Resin etc.
• Or, experience with rubber molding application, pad printing, rapid prototyping.
• Understand tech specifications, qualification and change management in those industries.
• Understand the product approval system in Lighting Industries OEMs.
• Develop and manage a team of motivated individuals and meet the Globally set targets
• Ensure product compliance with and support of corporate programs (e.g., RAPS, Safety, Responsible Care, ISO, etc.)
• Provide vision and leadership to set and implement strategies to meet team goals in line with global BU objectives.
• Maintaining market intelligence data base.
Desired Profile:
• Technically trained
• Direct sales experience
• Fluent in English and Hindi both written and spoken. German Language Knowledge will be a plus
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate – Preferable in technical field and MBA from reputed institute
Relevant years of Experience:
10 + Experience years after graduation/post-graduation
Competencies:
• Must have some contacts to General Industries , Lighting (LED) Industries OEM
• Expertise on distributor management.
• Knowledge of Silicone use & competition market of silicone RTV -1 & RTV-2
• Knowledge of searching import statistics & business analysis.
• Knowledge of handling SAP, Salesforce etc
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with colleagues across the globe
• Excellent communication (Oral & written) and follow-up.
• Versatile and self-motivated team player that is goal oriented, professional and committed to pursuing a long-term career that is very demanding and challenging environment.
• Demonstrates problem solving skills and ability to follow through the process from inception to completion.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural flair for associating and connecting with people at all levels.
