  • A degree in MBA is necessary, with excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic willingness to learn.
  • An aptitude for numbers and comfortable using spreadsheets. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Confident interpersonal skills to liaise effectively to develop and maintain sound working relationships with clients, colleagues, customers and suppliers.
  • Meeting Clients On The Basis Of Lead Generation & Converting Leads into Sales.
  • Meet Personal & Team Sales Targets
  • Report & Provide Feedback Of Sales/Meeting To Management.
  • Maintain And Expand Client Database Within Your Assigned Territory.
  • Responsible To Achieve Sales Targets Through Primary And Secondary Sales.
  • Appoint Distributors/Retailer In The Assigned Territory To Enhance Market Penetration And Distribution.
  • Must Be Aggressive, Self Starter, Internally Motivated, Target Oriented, And Should Have A Flair Towards Sales And Must Have Good Leadership Skills.
  • Good Team Player.
  • Candidates Would Be Required To Service The Client, Visit Them Frequently.
  • Do Cold Calls.
  • Bring In New Clients and Work On Existing One's.
