16,000 - 32,000 Per Month | Tag: Banking Job Industry: Banking Position: Sales Officer Department: CASA (Current Account /Savings Account) Location: Kolkata CTC : (2- 4) LPA ((Depending upon no of year relevant work experience & skills) Extra Parks: Employee Provident Fund + Self medi-claim benefit +Paid Leave Incentives: Monthly performance incentives (best in the banking industry) Working Days: 6 days a week Bank Holidays: Avail Bank Holidays Training Provided: Product Training & Banking Regulation Training would be given time to time Criteria required: Qualification: Graduate (must have Mark sheets & Certificate) Age: 30 Years (maximum) Experience : (1- 4) years experience in Sales in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) industry Mandatory: He /She should have relieving /experience proof of previous employment Residence: Local Preference: Two Wheeler with Valid License Documents required: He /She should have mark sheets & certificates of Graduation He /She should have relieving /experience proof of previous employment Job Description: Objective: Providing support to branch profitability by selling bank product – CASA through different acquisition channels in the catchment area Key Responsibilities Area : 1) Quality acquisition of casa 2) Ensure quality sourcing of new customer 3) Penetration of Fixed Deposit to existing & new customers 4) Generate leads of the customer through referral, meeting branch walk-ins customer, associates, e-mailing, direct mailing, ATMs & cold calls in the catchment area 5) Ensure quality customer service is delivered 6) Meeting productivity norms as defined through the support of channels & own efforts 7) Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance 8) Adhere the norms, regulation & practices of banks religiously Selection Process: 1 Business round only Post selection of a candidate, the following steps are done for offer issue Standard KYC document collection from the candidate Compensation discussion with the candidate CIBIL check Offer Release from the central team (Both hard & soft copies) |
